记得我第一次接触照相机，是在还没有上小学的时候，父亲给了我一台老旧的双镜头反光相机当作玩具，那是爷爷以前留下的。由于年代久远，加之长年没有维护保养，相机的皮腔已经裂开，取景器的毛玻璃上也只能呈现出模糊不清的影像。之后，这台已不能再用的"破相机"被充满好奇的我一一肢解。再之后，便不见了踪影。多年后，当我进入大学学习，突然在摄影课本上又看到了那个熟悉的"盒子"，顿时我悔恨万分......
进入大学后，我开始正式接触摄影。凭借着幼年时与摄影的这一点点渊源，我对摄影的兴趣越来越浓厚了。在学习摄影的过程中，我渐渐把它当成了自己生活的一部分，从摄影的角度观察着世间万物和人间百态，这也更加让我对生活充满了热爱。
大学毕业以后，我成了云南艺术学院文华学院的一名摄影教师。在文华学院的工作中，陈劲松院长一直要求我们："如果把知识比作水，那么教师就应当成为一条永不枯竭的江河。而想要把自己变成一条永不枯竭的河流，就必须不断地学习，不断地充实自己。"摄影作为一门实践性很强的课程，在教学当中不但要求教师具有一定的理论水平，还要求教师有很强的实践能力和创作经验。因此，在教学的过程中我也在不断地学习，不断地实践，不断地把理论知识转化为创作能力。
在我看来，摄影是一门技术，透过镜头，记录下了生活中的点点滴滴；摄影是一门艺术，透过镜头，描绘下了一幅幅感动人的画面；摄影镜头是人的"第三只眼"，透过它, 能让人们看到世界的真、善、美。
刚刚开始学习摄影时，我把摄影当作一门技术，执着于对光圈、快门、焦距等因素的研究，常常为能在复杂条件下拍摄出一幅曝光准确的照片而欣喜若狂；后来，我把摄影奉为艺术，每天痴迷于构图、取景和对光线的把握，在漆黑的夜晚独自忍受着寒冷与孤寂，只为守候到天边的第一缕晨光；现在，我把摄影镜头看作是我的"第三只眼"，透过它，冷静地观察生活的每一个瞬间，细细地品味每一幅照片背后的故事。
这本摄影集收录的作品是从我所拍摄的大量习作中挑选出来的，它是对我学习摄影和摄影实践过程的一个总结，同时，我也希望能通过这本摄影集与大家进行分享和交流。在这些摄影作品里，还有许多不完善和留有遗憾的地方，期待大家的评点与指正。

After I entered university, I began to contact photography formally.My interest in photography intensified, thanks to the little connection between childhood and photography.Gradually in the process of learning photography, I regarded it as a part of my life, observing everything in the world and society from the angle of photography. This also increased my love for life itself.
After I graduated, I became a photography teacher in the Wenhua College of Yunnan Arts University.When working at Wenhua College, President ChenJinsong has been encouraging us thatIf we compare knowledge to water, then teachers should be a river that will never dry up.And to turn yourself into a river that never runs out, you have to keep learning and enriching yourself." As a practical course, photography requires teachers to be at certain theoretical level and also to have strong practical ability and creative experience.Therefore, in the process of teaching, I am constantly learning, constantly practicing, constantly transforming theoretical knowledge into creativity.
In my opinion, photography is a technology that captures everyday details through the lens. Photography is an art, painting touching scenes through the lens;The camera lens is a person's "third eye", through which people can see the true, the good and the beautiful of the world.
When I started to learn photography, I treated it as a technology, was over committed to the study of aperture, shutter speed and focal length, and was often overjoyed to take a picture of the accurate exposure under complex conditions; later, I regarded photography as an art and was obsessed with composition, framing, and manipulation of light every day. On dark nights I could endure cold and loneliness alone, just to wait for the first morning light; now, I think of the camera lens as my "third eye", through which I calmly observe every moment of life and savor the story behind each picture.
