宁夏回族自治区中医医院中医主任医师，中共党员。1974年毕业于北京中医学院中医系，1983年在北京中医学院进修中医基础理论一年。1985年在上海中医学院进修学习针灸推拿，1992年参加自治区高级英语学习班。工作期间，多次参加临床短期进修班，具有扎实的中医基础理论知识和较高的中西医结合临床诊疗水平，并对回医回药有一定的学术见解。曾任宁夏吴忠市人民医院中医科中医师，主治中医师，市中医院副院长、院长、副主任医师，中医主任医师，中国中西医结合研究会会员，宁夏针灸学会常务理事，吴忠市人民医院督导员，中国中西医结合学会"四诊"全国学术研究委员会委员，吴忠市中医学会常务副会长。2005年3月被吴忠市卫生局授予"吴忠市名中医"称号。2009年，被宁夏回族自治区人民政府授予"自治区名中医"称号。(Chief physician of Chinese traditional medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, member of the Communist Party of ChinaHe graduated from the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1974, and engaged in advanced studies on basic theories of Chinese medicine for a year in Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1983.He engaged in advanced studies on acupuncture and manipulation in Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1985, and attended classes for advanced English in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 1992.During the working lifetime, he also attended short-term classes for advanced studies on clinic for many times, so he has solid basic theoretical knowledge on traditional Chinese medicine, higher level of combined clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine as well as certain academic visions on the medicine of the Hui nationality.Served as the physician and chief physician of the traditional Chinese medicine department of Wuzhong Municipal People's Hospital of Ningxia, vice president, president, associate chief physician and chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine of the Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, member of China's Research Society for the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Western Medicine, executive member of the Acupuncture Association of Ningxia, supervisor of Wuzhong Municipal People's Hospital, committee member of the "Four Methods of Diagnosis" National Academic Research Committee of China's Research Society for the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Western Medicine, and standing vice chairman of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Wuzhong City.He was awarded the title of "Famous Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Wuzhong City" in March, 2005 by the Sanitary Bureau of Wuzhong City.He was also awarded the title of "Famous Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region" in 2009 by the people's government of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.)
