全文除前言外由六个部分组成：第一章分析了马克思政党理论形成的社会历史条件。资本主义大工业的发展和资本主义基本矛盾的明朗和激化为马克思政党理论的创立提供了社会经济条件；无产阶级队伍的壮大和逐渐成熟以及工人运动的兴起为马克思政党理论的形成奠定了阶级基础；工人运动先驱者提出的关于建立无产阶级政治组织和政党的思想为马克思政党理论提供了思想材料；马克思世界观的转变和唯物史观的创立，为马克思政党理论的创立提供了主观条件和理论依据。第二章纵向考察了马克思政党理论形成和发展的历史过程，并梳理了其发展变化的主要线索。论文将马克思政党理论的发展分为五个阶段，即共产主义者同盟成立前马克思政党理论的萌芽；共产主义者同盟创立时期马克思政党理论的形成；1848年欧洲革命时期马克思政党理论的初步发展；第一国际时期马克思政党理论的进一步发展；欧美各国独立建党时期马克思政党理论的完善。第三章横向挖掘和归纳了马克思政党理论的基本内容。主要包括：马克思关于无产阶级政党的性质的理论、党的思想理论、党的纲领的理论、党内民主理论、党的策略的理论。第四章总结概括了马克思政党理论的基本特征。认为马克思政党理论具有鲜明的阶级属性和政治立场、理论性和实践性的紧密结合、革命性和科学性的高度一致、斗争与发展内在统一、批判与继承的辩证结合等主要特点。第五章分析了马克思恩格斯政党理论的差异及其原因，指出马克思、恩格斯政党思想在总体一致的前提下，在涉足政党理论的切入点，以及关于无产阶级政党策略思想等方面存在一定的差异。第六章分析了马克思政党理论的历史地位和当代价值。认为马克思政党理论实现了政党思想史上的伟大革命，奠定了马克思主义政党理论的基石，为工人运动的发展和无产阶级政党的建设提供了思想指南。它所揭示的无产阶级政党建设的一般规律，对当代无产阶级政党的建设具有重要现实价值。它启示我们，在进行党的建设这一新的伟大工程中，工人阶级先锋队性质不能变，党的奋斗目标不能弃，民主集中制的原则不能抛，马克思主义的武器不能丢，对党员成分与党的性质关系的认识和处理不能僵。 关键词：马克思；政党理论；马克思主义（Beside the introduction, the whole article consists six chapters: Chapter I analyzes the social and historical conditions for the formation of Marxist political theory. The development of the big industry of capitalism and the clear and intensifying of the basic contradiction of capitalism provide the social and economic conditions for the establishment of Marxist party theory; the growth and gradual maturity of the proletariat team and the rise of the workers’ movement laid a class foundation for the formation of Marxist party theory; the ideas of the proletarian political organization and political party proposed by the pioneers of the workers’ movement provided ideological materials for Marxist party theory; the transformation of Marxist world outlook and the creation of historical materialism provided the subjective conditions and theoretical basis for the establishment of Marxist party theory. Chapter II vertically examines the historical process of the formation and development of Marxist party theory, and combs the main clues of its development and change. This paper divides the development of the Marxist party theory into five stages, namely the germination of the Marxist party theory before the founding of the Communist League, the formation of the Marxist party theory during the founding of the Communist League, the preliminary development of the Marxist party theory during the period of the European revolution in 1848; further development of the Marxist party theory during the first international period and perfection of the Marxist party theory during the period of party construction by American and European countries. Chapter III horizontally excavates and summarizes basic contents of the Marxist party theory. Main contents include: Marx;s theories about the nature of the party of the proletariat, ideology of the party, party’s guiding principles, inter-party democracy theory and theory of party strategy. Chapter IV summarizes and generalizes basic features of the Marxist party theory, which include main features such as sharp combination of class and political position, theoretical and practical combination, revolutionary and scientific consistency, struggle and development inherent unity, criticism and inheritance dialectical combination; Chapter V analyzes the the difference and reason of the Marxist party theory, pointing out that under the premise of general agreement, there are certain difference in terms of entry point of the party theory and the idea of the party strategy of the proletariat between Marx and Engels party theory.
