经过半年多的酝酿，以及层层把关、斟酌筛选，2015年全国博士后论坛学术论文集——《新常态下的中国资本市场》终于结集出版。30年前，中国的博士后制度迎来了破茧时刻。自此以后，大量由本土培养的博士后通过各种方式为各行各业的发展贡献了自己的智慧。博士后学术论坛作为一种重要的学术交流平台，为国内外各领域的博士后提供了一个高水平的开放式交流渠道，促进了博士后之间的思想碰撞及最新研究成果的交换。(After preparing, rounds of approving and selecting articles for over 6 months, the essay collection of the 2015 National Postdoctoral Forum: Chinese Capital Market under the New Normal was finally completed for publication.Three decades ago, Chinese postdoctoral system was born.Since then, a large number of locally trained postdocs have been contributing their expertise to different industries in various ways.The National Postdoctoral Forum, as in important academic communication platform, provides postdocs of different disciplines at home and abroad with an open communication channel, and promotes the exchange of new ideas and latest academic findings among postdocs.)
