当代世界政党制度 (Research On World Party System)

本书选取了美国、英国、德国、法国、意大利、俄罗斯、东欧、墨西哥、日本、新加坡、印度、马来西亚、古巴和非洲作为我们研究的样本，重点介绍这些国家政党制度产生和发展、框架结构和运行机制以及其最新情况和发展趋势。为什么选取这些国家和地区的政党制度?首先是因为本书的篇幅有限，我们不可能全面介绍所有国家的政党制度。其次，中国政党制度应有专著介绍，也不在本书的研究范围之内，最后，我们选取的基本都是当代世界重要国家，同时兼顾样本的代表性，这些国家和地区的政党制度分别可以归类为两党制、多党制、一党制，非洲是一个特例，国际学术界一般认为非洲的政党制度尚未定型。对它加以介绍，有助于从比较的角度对当代世界政党制度有一个更为全面的了解。(With America, Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Russia, Eastern Europe, Mexico, Japan, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Cuba and Africa as research samples, this book focuses on emergence and development, frame structure, operating mechanism, and the latest picture and growing trend of party systems of these countries and regions. Why party systems of these countries and regions are selected? First, due to space constraints, we aren't able to make a comprehensive introduction to party systems of all countries. Second, there must be monographs introducing the party system of China, so it is not covered by this book. Last, we tend to choose important countries of the contemporary world taking into consideration of the representativeness of the samples. Party systems of these countries and regions we select can be classified into two-party, multi-party and single-party systems, except fro Africa, whose party system is generally thought to be unformed by the international academe. So through comparison, introduction to the party system of Africa helps to understand party systems of the contemporary world in a more comprehensive way. )
