何谓法学 (What is Law)

本书按章节介绍了法学的概念和起源，政治学发展的历史，研究的对象，法学的作用和研究的方法；重点介绍了历史上杰出的法学家及其思想，通过生活在历史中的人物来把握法学历史发展的脉络。在编写的过程中，编者查阅了大量的相关书籍，能够尽量把"法学"介绍得深入浅出，也希望能够引起青年学生的兴趣，更关注我们生活中的以及我们身边的法学和智慧。(By sections, the book introduces about the concept and origin of law, history of politics development, research objects, functions and research methods of law.
