《鳳凰池》，十六回，清煙霞散人撰。煙霞散人，據今人考證，即爲康雍年間劉璋。

劉璋，字于堂，號介符，號煙霞散人、樵雲山人，陽曲（今山西太原）人。康熙三十五年（1696）舉人，雍正元年（1723）任直隸深澤縣令。劉璋深谙世態，體察民情，深受百姓愛戴。任官四年，因前任縣令之咎而被解職。乾隆十年（1745）仍在世，卒年不詳。

劉璋壹生創作過多種小說，除本書外，尚有《斬鬼傳》、《飛花豔想》、《幻中真》等。善畫，有青綠山水畫軸傳世。
