本书通过对边境9省(区)教育事业发展规划文本的分析,以及对内蒙古自治区、广西壮族自治区、云南省、吉林省等4省(区)共23个边境县的实地调研,剖析边境地区义务教育发展的现实诉求及教育政策规划的做法与经验,并以教育政策生态学为理论依据,从"生态环境""生态链""生态机制"三个维度,初步构建了边境地区义务教育政策规划研究的理论分析工具,并提出了适应"一带一路"建设要求的边境地区义务教育政策规划逻辑思路与实践路径。
