《启蒙国文》原名《新国文》，共六册，编者为蒋维乔、庄俞。该书于民国二年（1913）初版，九年第72版，在当时影响之大无出其右，前后印制发行达到2560万册。它从教幼儿识字开始，向孩子们介绍了历史、地理、动物、植物、生活器具、生活常识等各方面内容，以满足孩子的好奇心、求知欲，"以养成国民之人格为目的"。
