蒙古贵族，清末将领。博尔济吉特氏，科尔沁左翼后旗人。道光五年，袭科尔沁郡王爵。1834年，授御前大臣、领侍卫内大臣。咸丰三年为参赞大臣，率兵驻涿州，同惠亲王、钦差大臣胜保，防堵太平天国北伐军。1857年5月，英法联军向北进犯，命为钦差大臣，筹设大沽海防。1859年英法联军再犯大沽，所部爱国官兵奋起反击，重创侵略军。1860年8月，英法联军自北塘登陆，直犯北京，他在大沽、天津、通州连吃败仗，被夺爵革职。10年复王爵正统兵镇压捻军。此后几年中，他血腥残杀人民，镇压各路起义军，几次受清廷封赏。1865年初，率蒙古骑兵对捻军发起大规模进攻，屡战屡败。后被捻军引进山东曹州，围歼斩首，所部清军全数覆灭。
